Advanced EDM Supply is the direct
importer of our products, and shipments come from Japan, Netherlands,
Korea, and China. Therefore we have very little control of the amount of time
that it takes to ship and pass through customs. Shipment is usually made in
3-5 Business Days, however this only an estimate. We encourage our customers
to take advantage of our low pricing and order ahead.

there corresponding OEM item. If within 30 days of the date of receipt of your
purchase you are not delighted with the quality or functionality of our parts,
contact us and we will arrange for a full refund or an exchange.

Because of conditions beyond the control of Advanced EDM Supply, the buyer agrees that the sole remedy against Advanced EDM Supply for any breach of warranty or conditions shall be limited to the replacement of part or refund, at seller's discretion. Buyer assumes responsibility and expense for the removal, reinstallation, and freight charges in connection with the aforementioned warranty. Buyer agrees that no other remedy including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost production, down time over-head, labor, injury to persons or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss is available from the seller, and buyers agrees to hold seller harmless and indemnify, in such instances.
