Purchases may be made using our automated
online system only and payment must be made using a credit/debit
card online only (please do not email credit card information). Due to
the current economic conditions we are no longer able or in the position to
offer NET 30 terms, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope that in the
future we can once again offer credit terms. Thank you for your understanding
and your continued patronage, this change will allow us to continue to offer the
lowest everyday pricing online or offline of any EDM supplier.
Conditions
Because of conditions beyond the control of Advanced EDM Supply, the buyer agrees that the sole remedy against Advanced EDM Supply for any breach of warranty or conditions shall be limited to the replacement of part or refund, at seller's discretion. Buyer assumes responsibility and expense for the removal, reinstallation, and freight charges in connection with the aforementioned warranty. Buyer agrees that no other remedy including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost production, down time over-head, labor, injury to persons or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss is available from the seller, and buyers agrees to hold seller harmless and indemnify, in such instances.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS OR PARTS SOLD HEREUNDER AND NO OTHER WARRANTY IS GIVEN WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
The use of images within this website are strictly as an example, the actual
part may vary in appearance, as we represent many manufactures, and our supply
chain changes based on market conditions.
OEM part number will always take precedence within the online catalog.
